Filter cake breaker
DESCRIPTION
SMLZ-ZSS-1 is a high temperature delayed acid generator that is used for the slow release of acid. It is a biodegradable product with good biocompatibility. When spotted downhole SMLZ-ZSS-1 can react with water to generate acid, which subsequently dissolves the calcium carbonate and cellulose in the filtercake removing fluid damage.
APPLICATION&ADVANTAGE
SMLZ-ZSS-1 filter cake breaker is suitable for use in most brines at temperatures from 90-130℃(194-265F) to give break time up to 16hs. Normally it is dissolved in the carrier brine of choice and spotted over the downhole interval of interest. Because the acid liberation action is slow, the solution contains little or no free acid when placed across the zone to be treated.

DOSAGE
A typical concentration of SMLZ-ZSS-1 is between 10-23%(v/v).
