Diverting Agent
DESCRIPTION
SMLZ-ZX series are biodegradable temporary diverting agent which is made from special polymer and varied natural materia. They are biodegradable, non-toxic, no pollution, no reidue and have good compatibility with other additives.
APPLICATION
SMLZ-ZX series diverting agent enable faster completion operations at a lower cost by facilitating a reduced number of pumping stops during multi-stage fracturing. When it is injected into well together with other additives, they can be used to provide temporary isolation of newly stimulated perforation clusters within the treatment interval. They temporarily plug high permeabilitiy area to ensure objective layer is equidistribution of acid, after 4-6 hours they gradually degrade into a carboxylic acid which react with calcium, magnesium ion under well, further improve reservoir permeability and expand dscharge oil area and finally improve the oil recovery rate, eventually the product degrade into carbon dioxide and water.
ADVANTAGE
SMLZ-ZX series diverting agent degrade to a benign by-product compatible with most treating fluids and production chemicals and does not interfere with recycling, reuse or disposal of flow-back water, they are environmental friendly products.

DOSAGE
The recommended dosgae is 1-3%, it can be added directly into acid with uniform mixing, also can be part injection with water.
