DESCRIPTION

SMLZ-CJ-5 is a pale-blue liquid, it is a biological heavy oil viscosity reducer which made from bio-enzyme and biological surface active substances;

 

APPLICATION

SMLZ-CJ-5 can low the viscosity of heavy oil through following aspects:

1. It can efficiently reduce oil-water interfacial tension, fully emulsify crude oil and reduce its viscosity;
2. It can easily break the heavy difficult dynamic components in crude oil like long-chain alkane, colloid, asphaltene, etc,;
3. The organic acid, organic ketone and other low molecules organic solvents in SMLZ-CJ-5 can work synergistically with biological surface active substances, which can make a solubilization effect to heavy hydrocarbon components;
4. The functional microorganism in SMLZ-CJ-5 grows depend on the carbon source from crude oil or injected nutrient source, continuously produce active substances which can reduces the viscosity;

 

ADVANTAGE

1. It has excellent resistance to heat, salt and extreme PH, it can endure a high temperature under 150℃and the mineralization degree of under 250000mg/L, so it can be used for many types of thin oil, heavey oil and high pour-point reservoir;
2. Its operating technology is simply, can be implemented by using injection equipment and don’t need wellsite equipment;
3. It is an environment friendly product and no harm to earth layer;
