H2S scavenger
DESCRIPTION
SMLZ-TY-02 is an effective H2S scavenger, it is made from organic amine and their derivatives, organic solvents, catalyst, corrosion inhibitor, activator etc.. It is a high molecular product with boiling point of 130℃（266F）and freezing point below -5℃ (23F). It is easily soluble to water or low molecular alcohol.
ADVANTAGES

• SMLZ-TY-02 can fit for various properties of sulfur-containing crude oil; after reaction the obtained product is stable, not easily decomposed by heat and is biodegradable;
• SMLZ-TY-02 is nearly no corrosion to steel, also it doesn’t contain salt which can’t cause salt precipition;
• SMLZ-TY-02 has good selectivity to H2S with good performance;
• The adding process is simple which mainly using metering pump with low energy consumption;
APPLICATIONS
When add SMLZ-TY-02 into crude oil, it can quickly acts with hydrogen sulfide&organic sulfur through oil/water carrier under the assist of catalyst, it convert water-insoluble organic high molecular sulfide into water soluble salt which remove through dehydration process. The reaction is under the assist of catalyst so it can proceed under room temperature without extra energy. It has wide temperature range of 0-70℃(32-158F) and the reaction is irreversible.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE
SMLZ-TY-02 is packaged in 53gallon drums or 265gal IBC TOTE.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible material.
