SMLZ-AD-Z2
DESCRIPTION
SMLZ-AD-Z2 is designed to inhibit asphaltene precipitation and to disperse already flocculated asphaltenes. It is formulated from an anionic surface-active agent in organic solvent.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGE
SMLZ-AD-Z2 can be used to reduce problems associated with asphaltene deposition and it allows stabilization of asphaltenes in crude oil.
For the treatment of crude oil sensitive to flocculation of asphaltenes, SMLZ-AD-Z2 has to be injected as far upstream as possible. The dispersion action of SMLZ-AD-Z2 towards flocculated asphaltenes in the oil phase inhibits deposition on completion and surface equipment.
